FAQ

1. Can I use license on multiple computers?

   No,You can't. The license is binded with the computer which you create register information at the first time. So you need to decise which computer to register your products.

2. How can I use license on multiple computers?

   A.  We provide dongle which keep license inside. We sell dongle with cost price. This dongle cost is not included in product  price. Once you have a dongle you can use our products everywhere. B. You can buy more license with 50% discount for each.

3. Can I use products after I resintall OS?

   Sure,you can. Just make sure that you have backup your license information(Normally it is in your email box) before you reinstall OS.
4. I bought standard edition before and I want professional edition now. Should I buy professional edition with full price.
   No, You do not need to buy professional edition with full price. Just pay the amount of difference between professional edition we now selling and amount you have paid(without discount) .

5. How about after sale service?

   After sale server including :upgrade, technical support. We provide free after sale service for 1 year since the day you got license and then 15% of product sell price(without discount) next.

6. I can't set parameteres. Such as Type,DB,etc. When I change DB to mysql or Type to string manually, click start, it seem like pangolin always use auto detect by itself. Why?

   You can set http request method manually which behind blank URL. For example: GET,POST,COOKIE,etc. And you can set Type,DB,Keywords manually also. But you many see that your settings will change automatically when you click scan. That is because you accessed this link before. Please check Pangolin Menu. Edit-->Data Manual You will find the URL saved. If you want to set these parameters by yourself, delete it.
